Emmanuel set up Esterel Capital in 2008. He was formerly Executive Director at Morgan
Stanley both on banking and investing situations.

Emmanuel has 15 years of investment banking and property experience with Morgan Stanley,
JPMorgan and Paribas in London, Paris, Prague and Moscow. He got involved in over €50 billion
of transactions across Europe, with a focus on Emerging Europe.

|
Emmanuel is currently actively involved in $1Bn + restructuring situations in Russia, UK and France.
Emmanuel is an Independent Director on Board of Aim-listed RGI International and XXI Century.
He is a regular speaker at investors’ conferences and recognised member of the European investor industry.

Emmanuel graduated from HEC Paris with a Major in Finance in 1995. He speaks fluent French and English
and has a good command (reading and understanding) of Russian, German, Italian, Spanish and Czech in
business situations. Emmanuel is married, has 3 children, and lives in London.
